Isolation and identification of some chromium resistant bacteria from some contaminated sites

Heavy metals have fundamentally effect on the biological system and they are straightforwardly harmful to living creatures, particularly human. Expulsion of these pollutants requires advanced exorbitant technologies. Along lines, bioremediation with hefty metal-resistant microorganisms could fillin as a less expensive solution. The aims this study were select some chromium resistant bacteria in contaminated sites determine inhibitory concentration values for each species. Selection isolates was done using nutrient agar plates containing 100mg/l (K2Cr2O7), concentrations determined by diffusion method. Strains that resisted highest diagnosed based morphological molecular methods. Molecular diagnosis performed analysis sequence nitrogenous bases 16sr RNA gene well genetic tree relationship. Cr(VI) chosen from sum 40 separates analyzed follows: Brevibacillus agri, staphylococcus sp., Bacillus Pseudomonas Exigobacterium Atlantibacter sp. MIC 2500mg/l agri 1500mg/l remaining In paper, various strains, high concentration, isolated identified, native can be utilized chromium.
